This policy explains what information
we collect, how we use that information, and to whom
we share that information. In order to assist you with
reading through our privacy policy, we have provided
answers to questions that you may find most important:
What information does Otium collect?
When you sign-up, login, order
products, or post items, our registration process asks
you to provide us with a limited amount of personal information.
This information is necessary for the retailer to process
your order and for you to use our websites. Categories
of personally identifiable information include: name, address,
phone number, e-mail address, date of birth. Otium does
not store or maintain billing/shipping information (credit
card number, shipping address). This information is maintained
by the merchant bank and the independent retailer with
whom you may do business. Additionally, our web server
automatically collects click-stream information such as
the address (or "URL") of the web site that you
came from before visiting our site, which pages you visit
on our site, which browser you used to view our site and
any search terms you have entered on our site.
How is the information used?
You may choose to supply personalized
information that will enable you to receive individualized
customer service that we cannot offer anonymous users.
That customer service may include notices about updates
to our web site, e-mail reminders, communicating with Otium
Retailers, Manufacturers, or Providers and other Otium
Partners. We also use the information that you provide
in order to respond to your requests, assist our Retailer
in the customization of your online shopping experience,
administer contests or promotions, offer new products and
services, and measure and improve the effectiveness of
our web sites or our marketing endeavors.
Does Otium share the information I've
provided?
We will not intentionally release
your particular personal information other than to you,
Otium, our subsidiaries, our Retailer, Wholesale, Manufacturing,
or Provider partners, our agents (such as contracted fulfillment
parties, if any), and your authorized representative(s).
Retailers using the Otium site are contractually committed
to maintaining the security of personal data that you may
provide to them.
• Agents: We may employ other companies and individuals
to perform functions on our behalf. These functions may
include fulfilling orders, developing products, delivering
packages, hosting sites from this website or any other
Otium website, product reviews, developing pictures or
photo products, sending postal mail and e-mail, removing
repetitive information from customer lists, analyzing data,
or processing credit card payments. They have access to
personal information needed to perform their functions,
but may not use it for other purposes.
• Promotional Offers: We may send offers to selected
groups of customers on behalf of other businesses. When
we do this, we do not give that business your name and
address. If you do not want to receive such offers, please
notify us.
• Disclosures: As required by law we will disclose information
which may relate to you.
• Invitees: You may invite other parties to view your
content and Otium will share that information which may
be necessary for your invitees to view said content.
• Business Transfers: As we continue to develop our business,
we might sell or buy information and/or other assets. In
such transactions, customer information generally is one
of the transferred business assets. Also, in the event
that Otium is acquired, customer information will of course
be one of the transferred assets and is permissible under
law.
• Protection of Otium and Others: We release account
and other personal information when we believe release
is appropriate to comply with laws; enforce or apply our
Terms of Use and other agreements; or protect the rights,
property, or safety of this website or any Otium website,
our users, or others. This includes exchanging information
with others for fraud protection and credit risk reduction.
Do I have choices
regarding how my information is used?
• You can always choose not to provide information, even
though it might be needed to make a purchase or to take
advantage of other web site features.
• If you do not want to receive e-mail from us or to add or update certain personal
information, please contact us at unsubscribe@TheOtiumGroup.com
It is your responsibility to review our Privacy Policy
and Terms and Conditions for changes. Any other communications

What about cookies?
"Cookies" are alphanumeric identifiers that we
transfer to your computer's hard drive through your web
browser to enable our systems to recognize your browser.
Cookies let us "remember" information about your
preferences and passwords and allow you to move within
our web sites without reintroducing yourself. We use cookie
and web beacon technology to track which pages on our sites
our visitors view and which web browsers our visitors use.
Cookies allow us to record session information. They record
user-specific information on what pages customers’ access
or visit, record past activity at a site in order to provide
better service when customers return to our site, and customize
web page content on customers' browser type or other information
that the customer sends.
Cookies do not enable us to determine the identity of any
visitor to our web site. We cannot identify you unless
you specifically tell us who you are.
Most Internet browsers permit you to erase or block cookies.
Refer to your browser instructions or help screens to assist
you in these processes: preventing your browser from accepting
new cookies, how to have the browser notify you when you
receive a new cookie, or how to disable cookies altogether.
Please note that cookies permit you to take full advantage
of this website's features and we recommend that you leave
them turned on.
Third Party Service Providers
Our web site uses both in-house and third-party service
providers to improve your overall customer experience.
How secure is the information I provided?
Otium is committed to securing your personal information.
We use technology that is designed for use with secure
web servers. Secure Sockets Layer ("SSL") technology
encrypts your personal information as it is transmitted
over the Internet. You maintain the security of your information
by keeping your user name, password and other personal
information confidential. Otium customer service representatives
will never request your password.
We reveal only the last five digits of your credit card
numbers when confirming an order. Otium does not collect
or store personal credit card information during order
processing.
It is important for you to protect against unauthorized
access to your password and to your computer. Be sure to
sign off when finished using a shared computer.
Information You Give Us and Your Consent
By visiting our web site and using the services and features
that we have made available, you consent to our collection
and use of information in the manner we have described
for you in the "How is the information used?" section
above. You also consent to the terms and conditions that
we have posted on our web site.

Otium may provide links to other sites that we believe
offer our customers useful services. Since these other
sites are not under the control of Otium, we cannot and
do not make any representation or guarantee regarding
the linked sites or their content. Our providing these
links does not constitute an endorsement by Otium, and
we cannot be responsible for the privacy policies or
security procedures of the linked sites. Therefore, you
may want to review a linked site's privacy and security
policies before entering any information.
Credit Card Fraud
Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, you cannot be held liable
for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges.
Will this privacy policy change?
As our business changes, we will continue to implement
new technologies and improve the services and features
we provide. This privacy policy and the Terms of Use will
be updated to reflect these changes. The use of information
that we gather now is subject to the privacy policy in
effect at the time of use. If there are changes or additions
to this privacy policy, we will post those changes here
or in other formats we deem acceptable, so that you will
always know what information we collect online or offline,
how we use it and what choices you have.
It is your responsibility to review our Privacy Policy, and our Terms
of Service, for changes.

of Use, including limitations on damages and application of the law of the state
of Illinois. If you have any concern about this privacy policy, please contact
