Otium Rebates
OtiumRebates is our exclusive group purchasing rebate service, specializing in Rebates and Special Buying Opportunities, for locally owned independent Outdoor Retailers. We leverage the collective purchasing power of our network of independent shops to obtain rebates and/or reduced pricing from vendors. Otium's objective is to drive supply chain efficiencies through the collective volume of our network of outdoor shops.
We are currently working with hundreds of manufacturers, wholesalers, and resellers to ensure we deliver the highest levels of margin enhancement to our clients.

Pricing and Commitment
Otium is dedicated to enhancing your competitive advantage. Our program, OtiumRebates, is designed to reduce your overall purchasing expenditure by securing Rebates from the total purchasing expense. In return for this, Otium retains 20% of total rebates received on behalf of Retailers.
If we do not secure a rebate for you, we do NOT get paid.
OtiumRebates is a Participant based service, which provides significant value to your business. We ask that our clients agree to work with us to identify and pursue other opportunities on your behalf.
No long term commitments!
What sets Otium apart from other GPOs?
We accept most all Independent Outdoor Retailers: Our only criteria is that you are an Independent Outdoor Retailer, you have been in business for at least 1 year, and you have a desire to obtain better terms, pricing, and rebates for your business.
We do not take money from Suppliers: We work for our Independent Outdoor Retail Shops - not the manufacturers, distributors, or wholesalers.
We do not charge a Participation or Membership fee to belong: Most other GPOs today charge fees of well over $3,000 per year to belong. We believe that the best way for Otium to earn its keep is by securing rebates for the group.
If we do not collect a rebate, then we do not get paid: We work for our Retailer partners and if we do not make you successful, then we have failed in our mission and do not deserve to be paid.
We provide a conduit to networking and communication: We are building a network of Independent Outdoor Retail Shops – not just skiing, hiking, and cycling shops - but ALL outdoor shops. This allows greater opportunities for cross-selling, marketing, information exchanges, and other beneficial partnerships.
What Retailers are eligible for OtiumRebates?
Otium will accept all Independent Outdoor Adventure Shops interested in joining. Our only criteria is that you are an Independent Outdoor Adventure Shop, you have been in business for at least 1 year, and you have a desire to obtain better purchasing terms, pricing, and rebates for your business.
Once you have been approved for Participation, we will ask you for your most current purchasing records (invoices, purchase orders, bills of lading, etc).
