Room for the horses.
Argyle has kept its acreage on purpose. We have worked here since 2013, designing the technology for its estates and small ranches — the house, the barn, the gate and everything between.
Zoned for land
The Town’s own plan commits it to its small-town character and its rural identity, and its zoning backs that up: estate districts from one acre to two and a half, and an agricultural district with five-acre minimums, where a barn may stand thirty-five feet tall. On two and a half acres, there is room for a stable.
Horse country
Denton County is part of what the Texas House calls North Texas Horse Country, one of the largest regions for horse breeding and training in the Southwest. Out here, a property is rarely one building. There is a barn, an arena, a gate at the end of the drive and a run of fence line, and each of them needs the same care as the kitchen.
What it takes
A network that reaches the barn.
Fiber and point-to-point links to the barn, the arena and the guest quarters, managed as one secure network.
Eyes on the barn and the gate.
Cameras and access control across the property, from The Otium Group, Inc — Security Division, monitored around the clock by a UL-Listed central station.
Landscape lighting at pasture scale.
The drive, the oaks and the fence line, lit to read from the road and from the porch.
Light and shade inside.
Lutron lighting and motorized shades on the west glass, where the Texas sun is hardest.
One system.
Control4 ties it together. Goodnight closes the gate, arms the house and the barn, and walks the landscape down to accent light.

What we do here
Every home we design in Argyle draws on the same disciplines, planned together from the first drawings.
For homeowners
Most of our work begins with a homeowner who tells their builder they want us. Tell yours.

Common questions
Do you serve Argyle?
Yes. We have worked in Argyle since 2013, on estates and small ranches, from our base in Fort Worth.
Can you network a barn or arena hundreds of feet from the house?
Yes. We run fiber or point-to-point wireless between structures and manage everything as one secure network, so the camera in the barn and the speakers in the kitchen are on the same system.
Can you cover the gate, the barn and the pasture with security?
Yes. The Otium Group, Inc — Security Division designs cameras, access control and alarms for the whole property, monitored around the clock by a UL-Listed central station.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We take over existing Control4 and Lutron systems, keep the wiring and hardware that is sound, and re-document everything.
Who answers when something needs service?
Service calls go straight to our dedicated service coordinator.
