Do you really work in Dallas from Fort Worth?
Yes. Dallas homes have been part of our work since 2004, and they get the same team and the same standard as a house down the street from our office.
Which Dallas neighborhoods do you serve?
All of Dallas and the Park Cities — Highland Park, University Park, Preston Hollow, Bluffview and Lakewood, and the high-rises of the Arts District, Uptown, Victory Park and Turtle Creek.
Do you work in high-rise condominiums?
Yes, for years, and always privately — we never name a client or their building. We handle the association’s approvals, work hours and freight bookings, and we design shading, audio and networks for glass walls and shared floors.
We are relocating to Dallas for work. Can you set up the home before we move in?
Yes. We design the system with you remotely, install and commission it before you arrive, and walk you through it the first week you are here.
Do you work on historic homes?
Yes. In an older home we use wireless lighting control and shades and route new wiring through attics and crawlspaces, so the original walls stay intact.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We take over existing Control4 and Lutron systems, keep the wiring and hardware that is sound, and re-document everything.
Who answers when something needs service?
Service calls go straight to our dedicated service coordinator, wherever the home is.
