The neighborhoods
Highland Park, from Beverly Drive to Armstrong Parkway. University Park. Old Preston Hollow — Strait Lane, Audubon Place, Meaders Lane and Park Lane. Bluffview, Volk Estates and Greenway Parks. And Lakewood.
An estate in Preston Hollow is rarely one building. There is a guest house, a motor court, a pool and a gate, and all of it has to answer to one system. A hundred-year-old house in Highland Park is the opposite problem: a modern system hidden inside walls that were never built for one.

Dallas leads the country in hotel construction, and the Michelin Guide has been here since 2024. A room is judged in the first ten seconds — the light, the sound, the feel of it. We’ve been getting that right in Dallas for years: we redid Angry Dog in Deep Ellum, and for ClubCorp we put music on the putting greens of four private clubs across DFW, to bring a younger crowd out to the course. Our Hospitality Division brings the same thinking to dining rooms, bars and hotels. Bring us in before the build-out, while the ceilings are still open.

We are relocating to Dallas for work. Can you set up the home before we move in?
Yes. We design the system with you remotely, install and commission it before you arrive, and walk you through it the first week you are here.
Do you work on historic homes?
Yes. In an older home we use wireless lighting control and shades and route new wiring through attics and crawlspaces, so the original walls stay intact.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We take over existing Control4 and Lutron systems, keep the wiring and hardware that is sound, and re-document everything.
Who answers when something needs service?
Service calls go straight to our dedicated service coordinator, wherever the home is.
