Where the work began.
We were founded in Fort Worth in 2004, and most of our work still lives here — in the homes of west Fort Worth and in the restaurants people cross town for.
The homes
Montrachet, Montserrat, Mira Vista, River Hills, La Canterra, Westover Hills, and the older neighborhoods closer to downtown. More than two hundred homes in Fort Worth.
A new build and a forty-year-old house need different things. One needs its wiring planned before the walls close. The other needs a modern system hidden inside walls that already exist. We do both.
What it takes
New construction.
Conduit, shade pockets, speaker locations and landscape circuits decided at plan review, when they cost the least.
Older homes.
Wireless lighting control and motorized shades, with wiring routed through attics and crawlspaces, so a house gains a modern system without losing its character.
Light and shade.
Lutron lighting and shading, designed with the architecture rather than added to it.
Sound and image.
Whole-home audio and media rooms that disappear when they are not in use.
One system.
Control4 ties it together, and The Otium Group, Inc — Security Division watches over it.

We have designed the home automation and shading for every Fort Worth Magazine Dream Home since 2013 — including the 2025 home in Montrachet — and a home on each of its Dream Streets.

Common questions
Do you work on older homes, or only new construction?
Both. In an existing home we use wireless lighting control and shades and route new wiring through attics and crawlspaces, so the walls stay intact.
Which parts of Fort Worth do you work in?
All of it. Most of our homes are on the west side — Montrachet, Montserrat, Mira Vista, River Hills, La Canterra and Westover Hills — and our office is in Fort Worth.
Do you design systems for restaurants too?
Yes. Quince, Dos Mares and Don Artemio all run our systems. Our Hospitality Division handles restaurants, bars and clubs.
How early should we involve you in a build?
At plan review, before the walls close. That is when every wire, conduit and shade pocket is cheapest to get right.
Who answers when something needs service?
Service calls go straight to our dedicated service coordinator.
