In Westlake’s Granada, we designed the technology for Fort Worth Magazine’s 2018 Home of Dreams — automation, lighting, music and television out to the cabana and the pool.
In Westlake, the best homes are the ones you never hear about. We have designed their technology the same way since 2004 — invisibly, and without a word.
Where we work
Vaquero, Granada, Entrada, the Knolls at Solana and Quail Hollow — from four-story villas in Entrada to estates on Vaquero’s fairways. More than a hundred custom homes across Westlake, Southlake and Colleyville.
Where finance comes home
Charles Schwab moved its headquarters to Westlake from California in 2021. Fidelity runs a campus here for more than 5,000 people, and Deloitte trains its people down the road. If you have moved here for one of them, you are probably buying a finished home on a tight timeline. We make it yours before the movers arrive.
An office that does not go down.
A second internet path — Starlink, cellular, or a second provider where the street has one — with automatic failover, battery backup, and a network built for the calls you cannot drop.

Westlake is building
The newest estates in Westlake are going up beyond Entrada and Vaquero. Quail Hollow is the one everyone in Westlake is talking about: 188 gated acres, every homesite over an acre, and homes have listed at up to nearly $19 million. Around it, Westlake Ranch and Villaggio are adding more gated estates, on homesites from half an acre to over two acres.
An estate that size is a small campus: a gate, a motor court, a guest house, a pool and a long run of landscape, all answering to one system.

We never publish a client’s name, and we never photograph a home without the owner’s permission.

The Otium Group, Inc — Security Division, with cameras and access control monitored around the clock by a UL-Listed central station.
Light and shade.
Lutron lighting and motorized shading on the tall glass these homes are built around.
Sound and image.
Media rooms and whole-home audio that disappear when they are not in use.
One system.
Control4 ties it together, so the whole house answers to one keypad.

Yes. A four-story villa in Entrada and an estate on an acre get the same design and the same standard.
Can you take over an existing system?
Yes. We take over existing Control4 and Lutron systems, keep the wiring and hardware that is sound, and re-document everything.
Who answers when something needs service?
Service calls go straight to our dedicated service coordinator.
