Where we work.

From the ranches of Aledo to the towers of downtown Dallas, we have designed home technology across North Texas since 2004.

Fort Worth and the west

Fort Worth

We were founded in Fort Worth in 2004, and most of our work still lives here — in the homes of west Fort Worth and in the restaurants people cross town for.

Benbrook

Benbrook sits southwest of Fort Worth around a Corps of Engineers lake, in what the Corps calls “rolling hills and prairie meadows.” We design the technology for homes there, a short drive from our base.

Aledo

West of Fort Worth, the homes sit farther apart and the land does more of the work. We have been designing for it since 2004.

Weatherford & Willow Park

Weatherford has been the seat of Parker County since the county was formed, and Willow Park lies eight miles east along I-20. We have worked in both, and the ranch country around them, since 2004.

Northeast Tarrant

Grapevine

Grapevine was settled in 1844 and named for the wild mustang grapes that grew across its prairie. Its lake runs along the north of the city. We design the technology behind homes there, from the historic streets to the water.

Westlake

In Westlake, the best homes are the ones you never hear about. We have designed their technology the same way since 2004 — invisibly, and without a word.

Southlake

Southlake homes are built for family and for company, and more of that life happens outside every year. We design the technology for both sides of the glass.

Colleyville

Colleyville’s best streets are lined with oaks older than the houses. We design homes that light those trees well and live quietly beneath them.

Keller

Keller’s best homes sit well back from the street, on deep lots under old trees. We design their technology the same way: unhurried, and out of sight.

Southern Denton County

Flower Mound

Flower Mound lies between Grapevine Lake and Lake Lewisville, in the rolling oak country of the Cross Timbers. We design homes that light that land well and live quietly inside it.

Argyle

Argyle has kept its acreage on purpose. We have worked here since 2013, designing the technology for its estates and small ranches — the house, the barn, the gate and everything between.

Bartonville & Double Oak

Bartonville is a town of two-acre lots and five-acre estates, and by its own count about half its land is still farmed. We design homes there for the length of the drive and the size of the land.

Trophy Club

Trophy Club was built around its golf course, and the best homes here still face it. We design their technology for the view, and for the evenings outside.

South

Mansfield

Mansfield keeps growing, and much of what is going up is new construction. That is the best moment to plan a home’s technology — before the walls close.

Arlington

Arlington sits between the two cities we work in most, and it has been part of our work since 2004.

Dallas

Dallas

From the towers of Victory Park to the estates of Preston Hollow, we design the technology behind Dallas’s best homes. Over a hundred homes in Dallas, since 2004.

Preston Hollow

Preston Hollow is the part of Dallas measured in acres: houses set well back behind gates, under old trees. We design the technology behind those estates, and have worked across Dallas since 2004.

Highland Park & University Park

Highland Park and University Park — two towns, one school district, and some of the most carefully kept streets in Texas. We have been working inside them for years.
