On estate and ranch properties, that discipline extends across the land itself — gate and perimeter systems, landscape lighting and audio across acreage, networks that reach the barn, the casita, and the end of a quarter-mile drive.
As the ultra-luxury corridor around Aledo takes shape — Bluejack Ranch, Maverick, Kelly Ranch — we are the technology design group already in the neighborhood: Fort Worth-based since 2004, working from the blueprint alongside your architect and interior designer. And for the tower residence downtown, we bring the same design language to glass-wall shading, acoustic privacy, and pied-à-terre systems you can run from anywhere. We accept a limited number of design commissions each year, and we build them to be lived with for decades.

Common questions
How early should we bring you into a new build?
At the plans stage — before the slab is poured. We engineer the full low-voltage design from your architect’s drawing set, so shade pockets, speaker placement, and wiring are part of the architecture instead of an afterthought. The second-best time is before drywall.
Where do you work?
We’re based in Fort Worth and serve Aledo and Parker County, Argyle, Westlake, Southlake, Colleyville, Highland Park, and Downtown Dallas — from ranch properties west of town to tower residences downtown.
Can you take over a system another company installed?
Yes. We inherit, document, and modernize existing systems — including homes whose original integrator disappeared. We keep what’s good, re-document every zone, and bring the system up to our standard.
Do you handle whole properties — guest house, barn, grounds?
That’s the point of estate work: main house, casita, barn, pool, gates, and grounds on one engineered system, with a network that reaches the end of a quarter-mile drive.
