A description of our work. Nothing on this site is an offer, a quote, a warranty, or a contract. Project scope, pricing, and terms are established in a written agreement, not on a web page.

Accuracy

We keep this site current and correct. Product lines, brand relationships, and availability change — sometimes without notice from the manufacturer. If something here matters to a decision you are making, call us and confirm it.

Photographs marked or described as atmosphere are illustrative. Photographs of venues are real installations. We do not publish images of private client residences without permission, and we do not identify private clients.

The text, photography, design, and code of this site belong to The Otium Group, Inc. Brand names, product names, and logos belong to their owners and appear here to describe the equipment we install and the manufacturers we are authorized to represent.

You may read, print, and share this site. You may not republish it as your own, scrape it to train a competing commercial product, or reproduce our photography without permission.

Anything you send us through this site — a message, a résumé, a description of a project — you send voluntarily. Do not send confidential information through a web form. If you have something sensitive to discuss, call us.
